Your product selection is limited. When will you be adding new product?

We are currently going through a transition phase and as a result our product selection may be limited. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. New products will be added periodically with a planned full-scale rollout of new products for the fall and holiday season November 1st.

Production Timeline

We produce a majority of our products on-demand, please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.

Has my order shipped?

Log in to your account to view your order status. 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please reach out to customer service via our contact form or live chat with the order number along with the requested changes and we will do our best to make these changes depending on the timing of when we are notified. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email, click the "View your order" button to see shipping and tracking details.

My order never arrived or I'm missing an item from my shipment.

Confirm you received the shipping confirmation email. From there click the "View your order" button to check the status of your order. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Am I responsible for International Fees?

Currently, international customers are subject to international taxes, duties and fees not calculated at checkout. This includes any international taxes, duties and fees associated with returned merchandise, and items purchased with promotional discounts.

When will my order ship?

Most items will ship within 2-3 business days of order. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. After placing your order, view your account to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
