You may use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.</li><li>Please take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.</li><li>You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when a refund is issued.</li></ol><p><strong>Important:</strong> If you need to return multiple orders, please don&apos;t consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order. For an exchange, please follow this same process. The verifiable consumer request must:</p><ul><li>Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.</li><li>Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.</li></ul><p>We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
